Our RC levels
Basic RC: Essential monitoring and rule enforcement for smaller events.
Advanced RC: Expanded staffing, incident review, and detailed reporting.
Pro-Level RC: Full professional race control with dedicated staff, live stewarding, incident replay analysis, and comprehensive race management.

Pricing for Race Control / Stewarding Services
Basic Starting Package
Duration: Up to 4 hours
Rate: First hour $30, then $20 per hour thereafter
Additional RC/Steward: +$15 per hour per additional RC/Steward
Advanced Starting Package
Minimum duration: 2 hours
Rate: $60 for the first 2 hours, then $25 per hour after that
Additional RC/Steward: +$15 per hour per additional RC/Steward
Pro-Level Starting Package
Minimum duration: 3 hours
Minimum RC/Stewards: 3
Rate: $55 per hour for the minimum 3-hour block, then $35 per hour after (up to 12 hours)
Additional RC/Steward: +$15 per hour per additional RC/Steward
League services can be scheduled on a convenient subscription plan.
Predictable monthly billing: Set a single recurring payment to cover league scheduling, stewarding, race control, and event support so you can budget with confidence.
Flexible tiers: Choose the level of service that fits your league—basic scheduling, pro-level race control, steward panels, or full-event production including paint assignments and steward reports.
Priority slots: Subscribers receive priority scheduling for prime times, special events, and series openings.
Automated coordination: We handle all the logistics—race calendars, steward assignments, and steward handoffs—so your organizers can focus on growth and drivers can focus on racing.
